About Savour The Tweed
Savour The Tweed is back and we’re proud to be celebrating our third year – delicious times are guaranteed!
We invite you to join us for 5 days of culinary excellence from Wednesday 21 October to Sunday 25 October 2026.
As always, Savour The Tweed features a tantalising program of over 25 curated events. We’re showcasing The Tweed’s gourmet offerings and those who bring them to life, from First Nations storytellers and passionate chefs to talented distillers, brewers and baristas, cheesemakers, farmers and an endless list of artisan producers.
Co-curated by Tweed-based chef and author, Christine Manfield and local food advocate Amy Colli of Straight To The Source, the program spotlights local and visiting chefs, serving up menus inspired by locally grown and made foods, as well as a growing list of Tweed-made drinks.
A message from the Savour The Tweed Program Co-Curators
“In the spirit of collaboration and connection, we have gathered together a thriving food community that is proudly committed to showcasing the excellence of the Tweed region.
The value of connecting community through food and drink cannot be understated - from grassroots events that highlight our talented farming community to elevated dining experiences across some of the best restaurants in the state.
The Savour program offers a range of events that embrace diversity and inclusion through storytelling, sharing the cultural heritage of our First Nations communities, and strengthening partnerships and relationships within the food and agricultural space.
We look forward to you joining us for 5 days of flavour, fun and festivities."
