Potager’s Portuguese head chef Luis do Carmo partners with Pepe Garcia, the spirited Spaniard behind one of the region’s favourites - The Spanish Catering Company, to deliver a night of bold flavours and coastal flair. From rustic Portuguese petiscos to vibrant regional paellas and tapas, each dish will reflect their unique cultural roots and personal interpretations. Expect an atmosphere rich with warmth, wine and Iberian soul.
