ABOUT
Join regenerative farmers Fabian Fabbro and Jodie Viccars at Woodland Valley Farm for an immersive experience in the heart of the Tweed Valley. Step onto their working farm to witness firsthand how sustainable food begins — from soil to egg to pasta. Enjoy a guided farm tour to Sunset View Point, where you’ll take in sweeping views of the valley and the regenerative landscape below. Meet their flock of pasture-raised hens — central to the farm’s carbon-positive system — and learn how these eggs form the foundation of Pasta’bah, their award-winning artisan pasta made just over the hill in Murwillumbah.
This is a celebration of real food, honest farming, and circular systems that give back more than they take.
Enjoy a sunset glass of Prosecco at the marquee — a chance to mingle with fellow guests and watch as Fabian brings the art of pasta making to life. With his engaging style and infectious passion, he makes it all look effortlessly simple.
The 2-course dinner features a hearty bowl of freshly made pasta, paired with a signature sauce. For dessert, enjoy Fabian’s rich and velvety zabaglione, made with their pasture-raised eggs. Italian varietal wines from Freeman Vineyards (Hilltops, NSW) will be poured to complement the meal.
