The Parents & Citizens Committee of Burringbar Public School are joining the Savour festival hosting this free-entry event, so pop along and support their school community initiative.
They'll be setting up a couple of big tables under the trees, laden with fresh produce from local farmers - you’ll be able to purchase kids and adult size plates of food.
There’ll also be sandwiches, bacon & egg rolls and sausage sandwiches with handmade sausages from the Burringbar Butcher and a table dedicated to cakes and sweet treats.
All you need to do is rally the troops, bring a picnic rug, grab some food and drink and soak up the lively atmosphere, or drop in if you’re riding past on the Rail Trail.
