For one special evening, we’re teaming up with acclaimed local chef Jay Elbrihi (Pipit, Fleet, Sonny) to create a multi-course menu inspired by the land and paired with our signature botanical brews.
Showcasing native botanicals, locally sourced produce and foraged flavours, ’The Native Table’ is designed to tell a story of place—drawing from bushland, coastline, and culture—with drinks brewed to enhance and elevate every bite. It’s an exploration of flavour, fermentation, and wild ingredients—served in the heart of a working brewery.
