Savour The Tweed Ticket terms and conditions

1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing a ticket to any Savour the Tweed event ("Event"), you agree to be bound by these Ticket Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable venue rules and directions issued by event organisers, staff, volunteers, or venue management.

2. Ticket purchases

  • All ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Tickets are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse any ticket purchase at its discretion.

3. No refund policy

Change of Mind

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets are non-refundable for change of mind, inability to attend, personal circumstances, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason not expressly outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Missed Events

  • No refunds, credits, exchanges or transfers will be provided for non-attendance or late arrival.

Ticket Holder Responsibility

  • It is the responsibility of ticket holders to carefully review event details before purchasing tickets.

4. Event changes and cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Change event schedules, programs, menus, speakers, performers, venues, seating arrangements or other event details at any time without prior notice.

  • Substitute advertised chefs, presenters, producers, entertainers, speakers, venues or experiences where necessary.

If an Event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered:

  • A full refund of the ticket price; or

  • An alternative remedy as determined by the organiser in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

The organiser will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to accommodation, transport, parking, meals or other ancillary costs.

5. Force majeure

The organiser will not be responsible for any delay, modification, suspension or cancellation of an Event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Flood, fire or storm;

  • Public health emergencies;

  • Government restrictions or directives;

  • Industrial disputes;

  • Venue unavailability; or

  • Any other force majeure event.

In such circumstances, the organiser may determine an appropriate remedy, including rescheduling or issuing credits, where reasonably practicable.

6. Ticket transfers

  • Tickets may only be transferred if permitted through the official ticketing platform.

  • Unauthorised resale of tickets is prohibited.

  • Tickets sold or transferred through unauthorised channels may be cancelled without refund.

7. Responsible service of alcohol

Where alcohol is supplied:

  • The organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any person in accordance with applicable licensing laws.

  • Intoxicated, disorderly or disruptive persons may be removed from the Event without refund.

  • Patrons must comply with all directions relating to the responsible service of alcohol.

8. Dietary requirements and allergies

  • Dietary requirements must be advised at the time of ticket purchase where requested.

  • While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary requirements, the organiser cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

  • Attendees with food allergies or medical conditions attend at their own risk.

9. Entry conditions

The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Refuse entry; or

  • Remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, inappropriate, intoxicated, disruptive, unlawful, or likely to interfere with the enjoyment of others.

No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

10. Photography and filming

  • Savour the Tweed events may be photographed, filmed or recorded.

  • By attending an Event, you grant permission for your image, likeness and voice to be used by the organiser for promotional, marketing, tourism and related purposes without compensation.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff upon arrival.

11. Personal property

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The organiser accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property before, during or after an Event.

12. Health and safety

Attendees must:

  • Comply with all venue rules, safety requirements and instructions from staff.

  • Take reasonable care for their own safety and the safety of others.

  • Not attend if they are unwell and may pose a risk to other attendees.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchases will only be collected, stored, used, maintained and disclosed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the organiser's Privacy Management Plan Policy v1.4.

Attendees agree that information may be shared with ticketing providers, venues or event partners where necessary to facilitate event delivery in accordance with the Privacy Management Plan Policy v1.4.

14. Australian consumer law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
