ABOUT

Savour the Tweed is offering a unique and immersive culinary experience within the exclusive setting of the Husk Ink Gallery at Husk Farm Distillery. Hosted by acclaimed Le Cordon Bleu master chef and clinical nutritionist Samantha Gowing, this curated session is tailored to an adult audience seeking nourishment, education and a deeper connection to food, nature and wellbeing, so let your tastebuds lead the way.

Drawing from her lifelong philosophy—food as medicine, backed by science and led by experience—Samantha presents a sensory journey that celebrates mindful eating, local ingredients and botanical wisdom. The session focuses on sustainability, resilience and the seasonal bounty of the Tweed.

This is a limited-capacity event offering a rare opportunity to experience wellness gastronomy in one of the Tweed’s most scenic and spirited locations.
