ABOUT

This is one very exciting dinner party invitation that promises to make your tastebuds sing, where we come together as guests to appreciate flavour, culture & craftsmanship whilst highlighting the collaborative spirit of our local chefs, producers & distillers working together to present a stunning 3 course dinner menu with the bar team mixing expertly crafted rum cocktails in the Husk Rum Saloon, your meeting place on arrival. 

After arrival cocktails, you’ll be led into the seductive & warmly inviting Barrel House to take your seat at one of the communal tables with fellow diners to be served dinner. For Savour The Tweed, Murwillumbah local Jason Saxby (executive chef at Raes on Wategos) steps into the kitchen at Husk with head chef Pepsi & her team to cook together for you. Expect refined elegance & magical flavour combinations that speak to the rich heritage of the region. Wines will be poured during dinner or you may opt to stick with your favourite Husk Rum cocktail.
