Pipit Restaurant owners (Yen Trinh & Ben Devlin) are highly regarded industry leaders, who connect and inspire the next generation of local chefs and female hospitality talent. They celebrate their 4th annual Girl Gang chefs collaboration by bringing together 4 young female chefs and 4 female local producers for Savour The Tweed .
By supporting emerging talent & leadership in local hospitality and agriculture, they are creating a not-to-be-missed collaborative 4 course lunch menu and together sharing stories & tastes behind some of the best local Tweed & Northern Rivers produce.
Chefs Beatrice Hook and Naomi Hare from Pipit, Daisy Koutsoubos from FigTree Restaurant & Carla Duschletta from Three Blue Ducks/Carlita’s Quince will work in tandem with the female founders of Raven Place Farm, Clothiers Creek (Michelle Kuramochi + Rachael Sanderson), Algamarine Seaweed, Tweed Heads (Isabella Keski-Frantti), Cheeses Loves You, Burringbar (Deb Allard) & Boon Luck Farm, Tyagarah (Palisa Anderson) to design a memorable & thought provoking lunch menu for you.
The drinks lists will showcase Australian female winemakers and supported by an all-female front of house team, led by Pipit’s Restaurant manager Chloe Wilson.
