From the ocean and earth to the plate, seafood masterchef Steven Snow & his Fins team have crafted a special lunch menu cooked over the wood-fired grill using local fruit tree hardwood from nearby Tropical Fruit World. Wild catch seafood leads the way, sourced from their local fishermen, supplemented with in-season organic vegetables from Tweed Valley farmers and native ingredients like paperbark and beach rocket foraged from the sand dunes.
Arrive at noon for a pre-lunch drink before being seated long table style, while being pampered by the excellent service standard associated with Fins, this promises to be a lunch to be savoured as you graze the 7-dish menu, a feast for the senses.
