Wild caught seafood from the Tweed Coast’s committed fisherfolk gets reinterpreted at Fins Restaurant with Argentinean head chef Leopoldo Ucciardello taking the reins under the watchful eye of seafood maestro and chef/owner Steven Snow.

A stalwart of the Tweed, Snowy has a direct conduit to those who fish the local waters and is a longtime supporter of local farmers and producers for his menus. With a global perspective, he weaves diverse flavours into every dish, embracing multiculturalism through food, a working philosophy he fosters with his team. Tonight you get to experience that with Leopoldo’s respectful seafood-centric menu - and being Argentinean we can’t neglect a steak in the mix! 

Expect big, bold, deeply satisfying flavours as locally sourced produce and wild caught Tweed coast seafood are fired up on the papilla BBQ grill at Fins. For those who love a bit of theatre, we will have a roving Pisco Sour cart working the room making cocktails at the table. Get your tastebuds ready.
