Hannah Setchell and her team have curated a stunning breakfast table of local artisanal products - crumpets from Sourdough Crumpet Co, handmade jams and preserves, fresh fruit from Tropical Fruit World, Tweed Valley pork, local farm eggs and dessert platters to share, complimented by fresh fruit juice from Fruit Cartel, Fallen Leaf teas and Ground Control coffee.
Stay after breakfast and wander through the Tweed Regional Gallery. The gallery will be open from 9:30 am for Apex guests to enjoy self-guided access to view the latest exhibitions.
