About
Sydney based Syrian chef Sharon Salloum, acclaimed for her signature Arabic/Levant flavours, heads to the Tweed to join the Bruto team for one night only of cultural diversity as they transition from tapas to mezza, collaborating on a thoughtfully crafted menu of shared plates underpinned with spice and sizzle, while honouring what’s seasonal with locally sourced seafood, vegetables and meat.
The mood morphs into stand-up mingling once the dinner service is completed with special guest DJ - JJDJ spinning some funky Arabic inspired tunes – time to order another cocktail – an ideal opportunity to wear your dancing shoes.
