About

This promises to be a taste journey like no other where cheesemonger Kat Harvey collaborates closely with the Tweed River House, both lauded for their commitment to delivering excellence and memorable experiences, a true expression of like-minded community connection.

Guests will enjoy a six-course lunch inspired by the food traditions of the Basque region of France, complemented by exceptional French artisanal cheeses handpicked by Kat Harvey. Under the thoughtful eye of Executive Chef Dayron Concepcion, the menu will honour the flavours, botanicals and agricultural creativity of the Tweed while drawing inspiration from culinary Basque delights.
